Pre-Registration
Pre Registration is a simple and effective way of seeing
the demand for Vouchers and supplier skills available
Pre-registration Purpose
 Pre -Identify demand for Vouchers
 Pre-Identify the suppliers pool
 Identify business sector demand
 Identify key skill area demands
 Identify key process demands
 Map SME needs to supplier skills
 Identify gaps in supplier pool
 Reposition marketing of vouchers
 Manage staffing and approvals
The Pre-Registration process is
designed to help quantify the demand
for vouchers and suppliers needed
before vouchers are launched.
Pre-registration can be done online or
using paper forms. An example of free
tools that are available for pre
registration can be found here.
The information gathered allows
administrators to pre plan staffing, the
flow of vouchers and approval
processes to service the known
voucher demand.
In addition it helps to identify the
effectiveness of the marketing of
vouchers and SME sectors or
geographic areas that have that may
be under represented.
