WITHDRAWAL OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND EU RULES IN THE FIELD OF AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA SERVICES Media Audio- visual As of the withdrawal date, audio-visual media services providers currently under the jurisdiction of United Kingdom authorities (for example because they are established in the United Kingdom within the meaning of the Directive), may fall under the jurisdiction of one of the EU 27 Member States if the criteria laid down in Article 2 of the Audio-visual Media Services Directive are fulfilled.
